On July 14, 2025, actor Akkineni Nagarjuna, now 65, opened up about a health tip he’s followed for decades—eating dinner early. Contrary to what some might assume, he doesn’t skip dinner but ensures it's completed by 7 p.m., usually consisting of salads, rice, chicken, and fish.
In a 2024 conversation with music composer MM Keeravani, the Brahmastra actor described early dining as "a way of life." He also emphasized that this isn’t a recent habit—he’s been following this routine, along with regular workouts, for over 35 years.
Health experts back this practice, noting that early dinners align with the body’s natural rhythms and can improve digestion, metabolic health, and sleep quality. Science shows that eating earlier in the evening allows the body more time to process food before rest, reducing the risk of chronic lifestyle-related issues.
